No, all services provided at Branch House Family Justice Center are free and confidential.

What Should I Bring With Me When I Visit Branch House?

You do not need to bring anything to receive services, but if possible, you may want to bring identification and any relevant documents related to your situation (such as a protective order or court documents). If you don’t have these, we can still help.

Will My Information Be Kept Private?

Yes, confidentiality is a top priority. Your personal information and the details of your situation will not be shared without your consent, except in cases where reporting is legally required (such as child abuse, elder abuse, or threats of harm).

Can I Bring My Children With Me?

Yes, we understand that finding childcare can be a challenge, so children are welcome. We have a safe, supportive facility where children can play, however, small children must be supervised by a guardian.

Do You Offer Support for Survivors Who Choose Not to Report to Law Enforcement?

Absolutely. Our services are survivor-centered, meaning you do not have to report to law enforcement to receive support. We respect your choices and are here to provide assistance regardless of the path you choose.

Do you take item donations?

Yes, Branch House is always in need of and grateful for donations!

We have an on-site food pantry, and the most common needs are:
-Canned goods & non-perishable food items
-Bottled water
-Snacks for clients

The SANE program provides sexual assault patients with new clothing to replace items kept during evidence collection. 
-Women's underwear
-Womens leggings
-Women's shirts
*Due to a lack of storage space, we are not able to take donations of used clothing.

We also accept donations of office items for our SANE clinics:
-Flash drives
-Copy paper
-Dry erase markers
-Folders
