About Us: Branch House Family Justice Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency and multi-agency collaborative committed to providing comprehensive, trauma-informed services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and stalking in Sullivan County. As the eighth family justice center to open in the State of Tennessee, Branch House partners with over 35 local agencies to strengthen the community's response to interpersonal violence through unified engagement, advocacy, collaboration, and education. Our mission is to advocate for and empower survivors of abuse by connecting them with the support and resources they need in one safe and welcoming location.


Position Summary: Branch House is seeking a passionate and organized CCR Specialist to lead our Coordinated Community Response efforts. This role is responsible for bringing together a multidisciplinary team of victim service providers, government agencies, and community organizations to address victim needs, eliminate service barriers, and improve access to resources.

The CCR Specialist will facilitate monthly meetings with partner agency representatives to enhance collaboration and coordination of services. Additionally, the CCR Specialist will play a key role in increasing public awareness and support for Branch House by offering community education, trainings, and participating in outreach events.


Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary Coordinated Community Response (CCR) and Domestic Abuse Response (DART) teams.

·       Facilitate monthly and quarterly meetings with partner agencies.

·       Identify gaps and barriers in services and help implement collaborative solutions.

·       Maintain the Lethality Assessment Program (LAP) database, track cases, and ensure appropriate follow-up services are offered to high-risk victims.

·       Foster strong partnerships with victim service providers, government agencies, and community stakeholders.

·       Represent Branch House at community outreach events, meetings, and trainings.

·       Provide public education and training to increase awareness and support for Branch House. 

·       Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for the community.

·       Help manage and contribute to Branch House’s social media presence.

·       Create visually engaging posters, flyers, brochures, and other outreach materials.

·       Assist in planning special events to promote community engagement and awareness.

·       Develop and distribute a monthly newsletter to keep partners and the community informed. 

·       Generate periodic data reports to support internal tracking, partner updates, and grant reporting.

·       Ensure the utmost confidentiality when handling sensitive client data, communications, and documentation.

·       Ensure victims have access to comprehensive, coordinated services.


Minimum Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR three (3) years of relevant experience in victim services, advocacy, or a related area.

·       A demonstrated history of commitment to victim services and survivor-centered care.

·       Successfully complete a background check

·       Possess a valid driver’s license and insurance


Preferred Qualities:

·       Strong facilitation and communication skills.

·       Experience working with multidisciplinary teams or coalitions.

·       Organized, proactive, and committed to strengthening community partnerships and improving victim services.

·       Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication strategies.

·       Comfortable with public speaking and media interaction.

·       High standard of discretion and utmost confidentiality in all aspects of work.

·       Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse community stakeholders. 

·       Knowledge of the criminal justice and social service system.
